Yesterday I spent the day filming at Thames Valley Police Training Headquarters near Reading for the BBC.
It was an organised day for the media and as well as talks we witnessed three displays. A police dog, police drone and firearms unit.
As part of the tour we also visited the firing range and witnessed a taser demonstration and some Close Protection Officers firing at close range.
It was very well organised and enjoyable leaving with me with even more admiration for their work.
