Yesterday I spent the day at the magnificent Wales Millenium Centre home to the Welsh National Opera.
I was filming for a children’s TV show called ‘FYI’ which is broadcast on Sky News and a feature about Toben Durrant who is a member of the Welsh National Opera’s Youth company.
Toben is almost completely blind and he self authored the piece we filmed.
We also interviewed Opera star Nicky Spence who imparted his knowledge to Toben in a lovely conversation and
sing-a-long by a grand piano.
Filming had to be conducted around rehearsals which was a little challenging at times.
